Call Clemson "Home"

by SBE

Whether you seek the comfort of Southern hospitality, the exhilaration of college football, the relaxation of day on the lake, or the solitude in a nature hike, the town of Clemson, South Carolina delivers it all! Located in what is locally known as the “Western Upstate” region of South Carolina, Clemson hosts a variety of nearby activities to entertain the senses during all seasons of the year.

Admire the stunning Spring blooms with an astonishing assortment of remarkable flora at the South Carolina Botanical Garden. It boasts 295 acres of nature trails, streams, butterfly gardens, and wildflower meadows along with a 70-acre arboretum.

A Clemson Summer offers the perfect time of year for foggy mornings spent paddle boarding on Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell, and sunset on the dock while sipping your favorite glass of wine.

Relish in a cool Autumn evening grilling and socializing at a Clemson University tailgate; or if you prefer nature, take a short ride to see the splashes of color on the leaves in the foothills of nearby Highlands and Cashiers, NC.

A mild Winter with the average temperature between 30-50 degrees Fahrenheit invites you to Christmas shop and dine up the road in Greenville, followed by unwinding in front of a warm fire and losing yourself in your favorite book.

Let us help you find your little piece of paradise so you too can call the Western Upstate “home”!
